Location to Kyoto train station, access shops, central location to touring, very affordable rates..... I wish there was more a friendly internet/WiFi availability..... Coin laundry would be convenient... Would definitely stay there againi
It is beside Kyoto station so it is near to almost wherever you want to go.
The staff dont know english. They cannot help you with your trip and you should use the help of staff of the other hotels such as Grandvia hotel...
Location, next to Kyoto station, very clean, comfortable and the staff was very polite
Staff are very friendly. Free bike rental was excellent, and perfect location
Some weird noises during the night
The room was very spacious by Japanese standards. Location is hard to beat as it was literally across a street on the east side of Kyoto station. Hotel staff friendly and helpful in storing my luggage before the check-in time and luggage was brought to my room even before I returned that evening.
It would have been nice to have had free wifi in the hotel rooms. Many hotels have them now and they are a very useful service for travellers.
close to central station good restaurant
No guest internet in public area absence of fan in bathroom
Clean room. Location was near Kyoto JR Station.
Everything about this hotel is mini.. From its elevator to the hotel room. Could barely fit two adults and our luggages.
Friendly and helpful desk staff and the hotels location to the rail station and underground
They quickly got me set up in my room.
It was noisy (I can hear the other people taking a shower/bath) and the heater/air conditioner was noisy on medium.
Position near station, 語尾dｂれあｋふぁｓｔ
It was a little difficult for us to find at the beginning
That it is really really close to the station. You can cut through a building and your into the Porte underground which has a lot of shops.
The rooms were a bit small. It was satisfactory.
Excellent location! 2 inutes walking from the station. great value for the money.
A little small, but has everything needed
Location is nearby Kyoto central station.
the room is very small for 2 adults, bathroom is really tiny. Furniture looks old and less comfort.
Exceĺlent location, very friendly hotel staff, very clean room.
Size of the room could be bigger but for couple days it was not a problem. Price of the breakfast seems too high.
I always stay at this hotel during my autumn/spring trips to Kyoto. It's no frills, you get a basic room and toilet/tub, but it's the convenience and location I enjoy and the price. This hotel has always been good to me when I visit, and staff are always helpful and most speak English.
